If you find that your Essentt purchase doesn't quite fit or meet your expectations, our returns policy is here to make the process as smooth as the fabric we use in our garments.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
RETURN PROCESS

REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your financial institution's policies.
