Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Access our returns portal on the Returns page at essentt.com. Need help locating it? Email info@essentt.com and we'll send you a direct link.
Option 1 - Returns Portal:
- Visit essentt.com/returns
- Enter your order number and email address
- Select the item(s) you'd like to return
- Choose your preferred return method
- Follow the steps provided
Option 2 - Email: Email info@essentt.com with your order number and we'll handle everything for you.
If your return hasn't been processed yet, we'll update it for you. Contact us immediately at info@essentt.com with your order number and requested changes.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Faulty or incorrect items are always covered by us, regardless of location.
For international returns, contact us at info@essentt.com for return instructions.
Contact us within 48 hours at info@essentt.com with photos of the fault, your order number, and packaging photos (if damaged). We'll send you a replacement immediately.
We'll make it right. Email info@essentt.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to show the funds in your account.
